By accessing or using RouLife ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RouLife. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You retain ownership of content you create and share on RouLife ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant RouLife a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, reproduce, and display your content on the Platform
• Distribute and promote your content across our services
• Create derivative works for platform optimization
• Sublicense your content to partners and affiliates

4.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Include spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Promote illegal activities or violence
• Contain sexually explicit or inappropriate material

RouLife reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not obligated to monitor User Content but may do so.

5.1 Platform Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of RouLife (excluding User Content) are owned by RouLife and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Platform
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without permission
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Collect user information without consent
• Impersonate RouLife staff or representatives
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes

RouLife may integrate with third-party services (Google OAuth, analytics, advertising). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

8.1 "As-Is" Basis

RouLife is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses

8.2 Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Routines and content on RouLife are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making health, fitness, or wellness decisions. We are not liable for outcomes from following routines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouLife and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access or data breaches
• Damages from User Content or third-party services
• Any damages exceeding $100 USD

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RouLife from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content or activities on the Platform
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws
